জিহাদের আমিরের দপ্তরসমূহ চারটি বিভাগ নিয়ে গঠিত।

The directorates of the Amir of Jihad consist of four departments.

1. The External Affairs (Foreign Policy).

২. সামরিক বাহিনী।

2. The Military.

৩. অভ্যন্তরীণ নিরাপত্তা।

3. The Internal Security.

৪. শিল্প।

4. Industry.

আমিরুল জিহাদ চারটি বিভাগেরই পরিচালক ও তত্ত্বাবধায়ক। খলিফা এই পদটি উপযুক্ত যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন কোনো মুসলিমের উপর অর্পণ করতে পারেন, কিন্তু তিনি রাষ্ট্রপ্রধান হওয়ায় এই দায়িত্ব নিজে গ্রহণ করা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।

The Amir of Jihad is the director and supervisor of all four departments. The Khaleefah may delegate this position to a suitably qualified Muslim, but since he is the head of state, it is important that he takes on the role himself.
