Allah, der Erhabene, sagt: {Und wer nicht nach dem urteilt, was Allah herabgesandt hat, das sind die Ungläubigen.} (Al-Ma'idah: 44)

Allah Most High says, {And if any fail to judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are unbelievers.} (AI-Ma'idah: 44)

{Und wer nicht nach dem urteilt, was Allah herabgesandt hat, das sind die Frevler.} (Al-Ma'idah: 45)

{And if any fail to judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are wrong-doers.} (AI-Ma'idah: 45)

{Und wer nicht nach dem urteilt, was Allah herabgesandt hat, das sind die Frevler.} (Al-Ma'ida: 47)

{And if any do fail to judge by what Allah hath revealed, they are those who rebel.} (AI-Ma'idah: 47)

In seinem Mustadrak berichtete al-Hakim auf die Autorität von Talhah ibn 'Ubaid Allah (möge Allah mit ihm zufrieden sein), dass der Prophet ﷺ sagte: „Wahrlich, Allah nimmt das Gebet eines Richters niemals an, der mit dem urteilt, was Allah nicht offenbart hat."
