अब्दुल्लाह इब्न मस'ऊद से रिवायत है कि नबी ﷺ ने फ़रमाया: "मैंने सोचा है कि किसी आदमी को लोगों की इमामत करने के लिए कहूँ, और फिर उन लोगों के पास जाऊँ जो जमाअत की नमाज़ में शामिल होने से पीछे रहते हैं, और उनके घरों को उनके ऊपर जला दूँ।" "अगर लोग जुमे की नमाज़ छोड़ देते हैं, तो अल्लाह उनके दिलों पर मुहर लगा देता है, जिससे वे ग़फ़लत में पड़ जाते हैं।"1

`Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud related that the Prophet (pbuh) said, "I have considered having a man lead people at prayer and going myself to those who stay back from attending the congregational prayer to bum their houses down upon them..” "If the people forgo the Friday Prayer, Allah will set a seal on their hearts for them to become heedless.”1

जो व्यक्ति बिना किसी वैध कारण के तीन जुमा की नमाज़ छोड़ दे, अल्लाह उसके दिल पर मुहर लगा देता है।2

"Whoever misses three Friday prayers without a legal excuse, Allah will set a seal on his heart.”2

जो कोई बिना शरई उज़्र या किसी ख़तरे के जुमे की नमाज़ छोड़ देता है, उसका नाम मुनाफ़िक़ों में दर्ज कर दिया जाएगा, ऐसे रजिस्टर में जो न मिटाया जा सकता है और न बदला जा सकता है।3

"Whoever misses the Friday prayer without a (legal) excuse or a danger will be accounted amongst the hypocrites in a record that cannot be erased or altered.”3

हफ़्सा (अल्लाह उनसे राज़ी हो) ने रिवायत किया कि नबी ﷺ ने फ़रमाया: "जुमा की नमाज़ के लिए जाना हर उस मर्द पर वाजिब है जो बालिग़ हो चुका हो।"4

Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her) related, the Prophet (pbuh) said, "Going to the Friday prayer is obligatory for every male who has reached puberty.”4
