Аллах Всевышний говорит: {После выполнения завещаний и погашения долгов, но так, чтобы никому не был причинён вред.} (Ан-Ниса: 12)

Allah Most High, says, {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any).} (An-Nisa': 12)

Это означает, что когда кто-то наносит ущерб наследникам, заявляя, что он должен такому-то человеку долг.

This means that when someone brings loss to heirs by claiming that he is indebted to such and such.

Так предписал Аллах, и Аллах — Всезнающий, Кроткий. Таковы пределы, установленные Аллахом:

Allah the Almighty says, {Thus is it ordained by Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing. Those are limits set by Allah:

Те, кто повинуется Аллаху и Его Посланнику, будут введены в сады, под которыми текут реки, пребывая в них вечно; и это — величайшее достижение. А те, кто ослушивается Аллаха и Его Посланника и преступает Его пределы, будут введены в Огонь, пребывая в нём; и им уготовано унижающее наказание.} (ан-Ниса: 12-14)

those who obey Allah and his Messenger will be admitted to gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (forever) and that will be the supreme achievement. But those who disobey Allah and his Messenger and transgress his limits will be admitted to a fire, to abide therein: and they shall have a humiliating punishment.} (An-Nisa': 12-14)

Награда и наказание, упомянутые в вышеуказанных аятах, касаются тех, кто распоряжается наследством. Абу Хурайра передал, что Пророк ﷺ сказал: «Мужчина или женщина могут шестьдесят лет трудиться, подчиняясь повелениям Аллаха, пока к ним не придёт смерть».

The reward and the punishment mentioned in the aforementioned Ayat concerns those who deal with the inheritance. Abu Hurairah related that Prophet (pbuh) said, "A man or a woman work abiding by Allah's commandments for sixty years until the death comes to them.

Затем они наносят ущерб завещанию, и тем самым входят в Адский огонь». Затем Абу Хурайра читает слова Аллаха: {После исполнения завещания или выплаты долга, без причинения вреда}.1

Then they bring loss to the bequest and thereby they enter the hellfire". Then Abu Hurairah reads, Allah's saying: {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any one)}" 1

«Кто лишает своих наследников их наследства, того Аллах лишит наследства в Раю».2

"Whoever prevents his heirs from receiving their inheritance, Allah will prevent his inheriting Paradise.”2

«Аллах воздал каждому его право. Поэтому не может быть завещания в пользу наследника».

"Allah has given every one his right. Thus there is no bequest for an heir.” 3
