Breaking One's Fast During Ramadan Without An Excuse
Allah, le Très-Haut, dit : {Ô vous qui croyez ! Le jeûne vous est prescrit comme il a été prescrit à ceux qui vous ont précédés, afin que vous appreniez la maîtrise de soi. (Le jeûne est) pour un nombre déterminé de jours. Mais si l'un de vous est malade ou en voyage, il devra jeûner un nombre égal d'autres jours.} (Al-Baqarah: 183-184)
Allah, the Most High, says, {O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) selfrestraint. (Fasting) for a fixed number of days,' but if any of you is ill, or on a journey, the prescribed number (should be made up) from days later.} (AI-Baqarah: 183-184)
Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « L'Islam est bâti sur cinq piliers : attester qu'il n'y a de divinité digne d'adoration qu'Allah et que Muhammad est le Messager d'Allah, accomplir les prières, verser l'aumône obligatoire (Zakah), accomplir le pèlerinage et jeûner le mois de Ramadan. »1
The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Islam is built upon five pillars: Testifying that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, performing prayers, paying Zakat, making pilgrimage and fasting in Ramada.”1
Il a été rapporté que le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Quiconque rompt le jeûne pendant le ramadan sans excuse ou sans maladie ne pourrait compenser cela en jeûnant toute une vie, même s'il le faisait. » 2
It was related that the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said; "Whoever breaks a fast during Ramadan" without an excuse or illness could not requite it by fasting a lifetime, were he to do so.” 2
Ibn 'Abbas, qu’Allah l’agrée, a dit : « Les piliers de l'Islam sont au nombre de trois : attester qu'il n'y a de divinité qu'Allah, la prière et le jeûne du ramadan. Quiconque en manque un d'entre eux a mécru. »3
Ibn 'Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said; "Principles of Islam are three: testifying that there is no god but Allah, prayers and fasting in Ramadan. Whoever misses anyone of them has disbelieved.”3
Nous cherchons refuge auprès d'Allah contre eux.
We seek Allah's refuge from them.
