Muslim a rapporté dans son Sahih : « Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : "Lorsque l'esclave s'enfuit (de son maître), sa prière ne sera pas acceptée." 1

Muslim reported in his Sahih that, "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said, "When the slave flee away (from his master), his/her prayer will not be accepted.” 1

Il est également rapporté que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Tout esclave qui s'enfuit, l'engagement de l'Islam est levé de lui. »2

The Prophet (pbuh) is also reported to have said, "Any slave that flees away, the pledge of Islam is cleared from him.”2

Ibn Khuzaimah a rapporté dans son Sahih d'après le hadith de Jabir qui a dit : « Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ

Ibn Khuzaimah reported in his Sahih from the hadith of Jabir who said, "The Messenger of Allah (pbuh)

a dit : « Il y a trois personnes dont la prière ne sera pas acceptée, et dont les bonnes œuvres ne seront pas élevées vers le ciel : un esclave fugitif jusqu'à ce qu'il retourne à son maître, une femme rebelle jusqu'à ce que son mari soit satisfait d'elle, et un ivrogne jusqu'à ce que son esprit lui revienne. » Fudalah Ibn 'Ubaid a rapporté : « Il y a trois personnes qui seront négligées par Allah : un homme qui divise la communauté, désobéit à son dirigeant (imam) et meurt dans cet état, un esclave fugitif, et une femme dont le mari est absent et lui a fourni tous ses besoins, mais elle s'est dévoilée après son absence. »3

said, "There are three people whose prayer will not be accepted, nor will their good deeds be raised up to the sky, a fleeing slave until he returns to his master, a rebellious woman until her husband be satisfied with her and a drunkard until his mind is restored. " Fudalah Ibn 'Ubaid reported that, "There are three people who will be neglected by Allah, a man who severe the community, disobeys his ruler (Imam) and died in such state, a fleeing slave and a woman whose husband is absent and provided her with all her needs, but she unveiled herself after his absence.”3
