`Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud a rapporté que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « J'ai envisagé qu'un homme dirige les gens à la prière, puis que j'aille moi-même vers ceux qui s'absentent de la prière en congrégation pour brûler leurs maisons sur eux... "Si les gens délaissent la prière du Vendredi, Allah scellera leurs cœurs afin qu'ils deviennent insouciants." »1

`Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud related that the Prophet (pbuh) said, "I have considered having a man lead people at prayer and going myself to those who stay back from attending the congregational prayer to bum their houses down upon them..” "If the people forgo the Friday Prayer, Allah will set a seal on their hearts for them to become heedless.”1

« Quiconque manque trois prières du vendredi sans excuse valable, Allah scellera son cœur. »2

"Whoever misses three Friday prayers without a legal excuse, Allah will set a seal on his heart.”2

« Quiconque manque la prière du Vendredi sans excuse (légitime) ou sans danger sera comptabilisé parmi les hypocrites dans un registre qui ne peut être ni effacé ni modifié. »3

"Whoever misses the Friday prayer without a (legal) excuse or a danger will be accounted amongst the hypocrites in a record that cannot be erased or altered.”3

Hafsa (qu’Allah l’agrée) a rapporté que le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Se rendre à la prière du vendredi est obligatoire pour tout homme ayant atteint la puberté. »4

Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her) related, the Prophet (pbuh) said, "Going to the Friday prayer is obligatory for every male who has reached puberty.”4
