En medio de la persecución y los abusos más feroces que sufrieron los musulmanes en el primer periodo de La Meca, el Profeta Muhammad ﷺ se mantenía firme sin vacilar y transmitía a sus seguidores la promesa de Dios de que el Islam se extendería por todo el mundo. Tamīm al-Dārī relata que el Mensajero de Allah ﷺ dijo: «Este asunto llegará con certeza a todo lugar que alcancen la noche y el día».

Amidst the fiercest persecution and abuse that the Muslims faced in the earliest Meccan period, the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم would stand without wavering and convey to his followers God’s promise of Islam spreading all over the world. Tamīm al-Dārī  reports that the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “This matter will certainly reach every place touched by the night and day.

Allah honrará a los honorables con el Islam y humillará a los despreciables con la incredulidad.”272 En otra narración, transmitida por Zawbān, “En verdad, Allah plegó la tierra para mí, de modo que vi su oriente y su occidente, y el dominio de mi comunidad alcanzará ciertamente lo que me fue plegado.”273 Que estas predicciones se hicieran en una época en que los musulmanes eran un puñado sin poder, y en que se esperaba que el Islam fuera enterrado en su cuna, es algo verdaderamente milagroso. En ese momento, dar por sentado que la fe sobreviviría sería considerado por la mayoría una quimera. Que el Islam no solo sobreviviera, sino que llegara a prosperar en todo el mundo, era en aquel momento inconcebible. Hoy encontramos mezquitas en todos los continentes habitados, e incluso en lugares remotos como Alaska y Hawái. Esto complica seriamente el argumento de que este hadiz pudo haber sido fabricado después de que el Islam se extendiera por el Mediterráneo y Asia Central, considerando que se ha expandido mucho más lejos desde entonces.

Allah will not leave a house of mud or even fur except that He will cause this religion to enter it, by which the honorable will be honored, and the disgraceful will be disgraced. Allah will honor the honorable with Islam and He will disgrace the disgraceful with unbelief.”272 In another narration, reported by Thawbān , “Indeed, Allah gathered up the earth for me so that I saw its east and its west, and the dominion of my nation will indeed reach what was gathered up for me.”273 The fact that these predictions were made at a time when Muslims were a powerless handful, and Islam was expected to be buried in its cradle, is nothing short of miraculous. At that point, presuming that the faith would even survive would be considered by most to be a pipedream. That Islam would not just survive, but grow to thrive globally, was at that point inconceivable. We now find mosques on every inhabited continent, and even in remote places like Alaska and Hawaii. This truly complicates the argument that this hadith could have been fabricated after Islam had spread throughout the Mediterranean and Central Asia, considering it has spread so much farther since then.

El islam ya ha crecido notablemente allí, siendo musulmán el alcalde de Londres en la actualidad, y el Pew Research Center señala que Suecia podría llegar a tener un 30 % de musulmanes en 2050.275 En todo ello hay una clara indicación del cumplimiento de la profecía de que el islam se convertirá inevitablemente en una religión líder a nivel mundial.

Islam has already grown remarkably there, with the mayor of London currently being a Muslim, and Pew Research Center noting that Sweden could become 30% Muslim by 2050.275 In all this is a clear indication of the fulfillment of the prophecy of Islam inevitably becoming a leading global religion.
