Habiendo presentado el Daleel de la permisibilidad de practicar el Taqlid en el Islam, es crucial señalar que el seguidor debe, cuando se le presenta una cuestión, preguntar por su Hukm y su Daleel. Nuestra adoración incluye la búsqueda del conocimiento. Como siervos de Allah (swt), debemos conocer el dictamen de Allah para cada acción que realizamos.

Having given the Daleel for the permissibility of practicing Taqleed in Islam, it is crucial to point out that the follower must, when an issue confronts him, ask about its Hukm and Daleel. Our worship includes the pursuit of knowledge. As slaves of Allah (swt) we must know Allah‟s rule for every action we perform.

Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr: I heard the Prophet (saw) say:

El Profeta (saw) dijo: "Allah no quita el 'Ilm después de haberlo concedido a ustedes, sino que el 'Ilm se irá con la muerte de los 'Ulema. Entonces, algunas personas ignorantes comenzarán a dar su Ra'ee (opinión) basada en sus deseos, se extraviarán y llevarán a la Ummah por el mal camino." (Bujari y Ahmad) Note on the rules: the original text has "The Prophet (saw)", so under the instructions I should write ﷺ once after the mention of the Prophet, and not the abbreviated "(saw)". “The Prophet (saw) said: “Allah does not remove the „Ilm after it was given to you, rather the „Ilm would be removed with the death of the „Ulema. Then some people, who are ignorant, will start giving their Ra‟ee (opinion) based on their desires and they are misled and will lead the Ummah astray.” (Bukhari & Ahmad)

Para que los musulmanes eviten las consecuencias de este Hadiz, deben pedir un Daleel antes de practicar el Taqlid.

For Muslims to avoid the consequence of this Hadith, they must ask for a Daleel before performing Taqleed.
