Allah Altísimo dice: {Después de cumplir los legados y pagar las deudas, sin causar perjuicio a nadie.} (An-Nisa': 12)

Allah Most High, says, {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any).} (An-Nisa': 12)

Esto significa que cuando alguien causa perjuicio a sus herederos al afirmar que tiene una deuda con tal o cual persona.

This means that when someone brings loss to heirs by claiming that he is indebted to such and such.

Allah el Todopoderoso dice: {Así lo ha dispuesto Allah, y Allah es Omnisciente, Clemente. Esos son los límites fijados por Allah}

Allah the Almighty says, {Thus is it ordained by Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, Most Forbearing. Those are limits set by Allah:

Quienes obedecen a Allah y a Su Mensajero ﷺ serán admitidos en jardines por cuyo debajo corren los ríos, para morar en ellos (para siempre), y ese será el logro supremo. Pero quienes desobedecen a Allah y a Su Mensajero ﷺ y transgreden Sus límites serán admitidos en un fuego, para morar en él; y tendrán un castigo humillante.} (An-Nisa': 12-14)

those who obey Allah and his Messenger will be admitted to gardens with rivers flowing beneath, to abide therein (forever) and that will be the supreme achievement. But those who disobey Allah and his Messenger and transgress his limits will be admitted to a fire, to abide therein: and they shall have a humiliating punishment.} (An-Nisa': 12-14)

La recompensa y el castigo mencionados en los aleyas anteriores se refieren a quienes tratan con la herencia. Abu Hurairah relató que el Profeta ﷺ dijo: «Un hombre o una mujer trabajan obedeciendo los mandamientos de Allah durante sesenta años, hasta que les llega la muerte.

The reward and the punishment mentioned in the aforementioned Ayat concerns those who deal with the inheritance. Abu Hurairah related that Prophet (pbuh) said, "A man or a woman work abiding by Allah's commandments for sixty years until the death comes to them.

«Luego causan perjuicio en el legado y así entran en el Fuego del infierno». Entonces Abu Hurairah recita el dicho de Allah: {Después del pago de los legados y de las deudas, de modo que no se cause perjuicio (a nadie)}" 1

Then they bring loss to the bequest and thereby they enter the hellfire". Then Abu Hurairah reads, Allah's saying: {After payment of legacies and debts: so that no loss is caused (to any one)}" 1

"Quien impida a sus herederos recibir su herencia, Allah le impedirá heredar el Paraíso".2

"Whoever prevents his heirs from receiving their inheritance, Allah will prevent his inheriting Paradise.”2

"Allah ha dado a cada uno su derecho. Por tanto, no hay legado testamentario para un heredero."3

"Allah has given every one his right. Thus there is no bequest for an heir.” 3
