`Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud relató que el Profeta ﷺ dijo: "He considerado ordenar a un hombre que dirija la oración de la gente y acudir yo mismo a quienes se quedan atrás sin asistir a la oración congregacional para quemar sus casas sobre ellos..." "Si la gente abandona la oración del viernes, Allah sellará sus corazones para que se vuelvan descuidados."1

`Abdullah Ibn Mas'ud related that the Prophet (pbuh) said, "I have considered having a man lead people at prayer and going myself to those who stay back from attending the congregational prayer to bum their houses down upon them..” "If the people forgo the Friday Prayer, Allah will set a seal on their hearts for them to become heedless.”1

"Quien omita tres oraciones del viernes sin una excusa legal, Allah sellará su corazón."2

"Whoever misses three Friday prayers without a legal excuse, Allah will set a seal on his heart.”2

"Quien falte a la oración del viernes sin una excusa legítima o un peligro será contado entre los hipócritas, en un registro que no puede ser borrado ni alterado."3

"Whoever misses the Friday prayer without a (legal) excuse or a danger will be accounted amongst the hypocrites in a record that cannot be erased or altered.”3

Hafsa (que Allah esté complacido con ella) relató que el Profeta ﷺ dijo: «Asistir a la oración del viernes es obligatorio para todo varón que haya alcanzado la pubertad».4

Hafsa (may Allah be pleased with her) related, the Prophet (pbuh) said, "Going to the Friday prayer is obligatory for every male who has reached puberty.”4
