जब हम उस तरीक़े की बात करते हैं जो रसूलुल्लाह ﷺ ने अपनाया था, और उसकी पैरवी करने तथा उससे हटने से बचने के महत्व की बात करते हैं, तो हम देखते हैं कि इस विषय से संबंधित इस्लामी समूहों या मुस्लिम बुद्धिजीवियों द्वारा अपनाए गए अन्य दृष्टिकोण भी मौजूद हैं। कहने वाला कौन है, इससे हमें सरोकार नहीं होना चाहिए; हमें इस बात से सरोकार होना चाहिए कि क्या कहा गया है। हमें उनकी एक संक्षिप्त जाँच करनी चाहिए और उनसे पर्दा हटाना चाहिए, ताकि मुसलमान इन दृष्टिकोणों की भूलभुलैया में उलझा और खोया हुआ न रहे, और दा'वत के काम को लेकर उसके मन में संदेह न रहे। आगे हम इनमें से कुछ सबसे महत्वपूर्ण दृष्टिकोण प्रस्तुत करते हैं।

As compared with what we have mentioned about the method of the Messenger 􀁕 and the importance of emulating it and not deviating away from it, we find there are other approaches adopted by Islamic groups or Muslim intellectuals, which relate to this subject. Regardless of who said it, we must concern ourselves with what has been said. We must undertake a quick examinination of them, removing the veil from them, so that the Muslim does not continue confused and lost in the maze of these approaches, or harbours doubts about carrying the da’wah. In what follows, we present some of the most important approaches.
