Setelah memberikan dalil tentang kebolehan bertaklid dalam Islam, penting untuk ditegaskan bahwa pengikut, ketika suatu persoalan menghadapinya, wajib menanyakan hukum dan dalilnya. Ibadah kita mencakup pencarian ilmu. Sebagai hamba Allah (SWT), kita harus mengetahui hukum Allah atas setiap perbuatan yang kita lakukan.

Having given the Daleel for the permissibility of practicing Taqleed in Islam, it is crucial to point out that the follower must, when an issue confronts him, ask about its Hukm and Daleel. Our worship includes the pursuit of knowledge. As slaves of Allah (swt) we must know Allah‟s rule for every action we perform.

Diriwayatkan dari Abdullah bin Amr: Aku mendengar Nabi ﷺ bersabda:

Narrated by Abdullah bin Amr: I heard the Prophet (saw) say:

Nabi ﷺ bersabda: “Sesungguhnya Allah tidak mencabut ilmu setelah diberikan kepada kalian, melainkan ilmu itu akan dicabut dengan wafatnya para ulama. Kemudian akan muncul sebagian orang yang bodoh, mereka berfatwa dengan pendapat (ra’y) mereka berdasarkan hawa nafsu, lalu mereka tersesat dan menyesatkan umat.” (HR. Bukhari dan Ahmad)

“The Prophet (saw) said: “Allah does not remove the „Ilm after it was given to you, rather the „Ilm would be removed with the death of the „Ulema. Then some people, who are ignorant, will start giving their Ra‟ee (opinion) based on their desires and they are misled and will lead the Ummah astray.” (Bukhari & Ahmad)

Agar kaum Muslimin terhindar dari konsekuensi hadits ini, mereka harus meminta dalil sebelum melakukan taqlid.

For Muslims to avoid the consequence of this Hadith, they must ask for a Daleel before performing Taqleed.
