Мусульманская умма уже более семи десятилетий живёт без Халифата (Исламского государства), с одной стороны, страдая от господства колониалистских западных государств, а с другой — от проникновения в умы уммы идей, чуждых исламу, таких как секуляризм, национализм и индивидуализм.

The Muslim Ummah have been living without the Khilafah (Islamic State) for over seven decades, plagued on the one hand by the domination of the colonialist Western nations, and on the other hand, afflicted by the infiltration of ideas alien to Islam - such as secularism, nationalism and individualism - into the minds of the Ummah.

На месте Систем Ислама, которые действовали под знаменем единого Халифатского государства на протяжении более чем 1300 лет и давали справедливость и безопасность всем, кто жил под его властью, мир вновь оказался во власти коррупции, нищеты и беспорядка. И это закономерный итог любого уклада жизни, основанного на шатких основаниях законов, созданных человеком.

In the place of the Systems of Islam, which were implemented under the banner of a unified Khilafah State for more than 1300 years, giving justice and security to all that lived under it, the world is once again dominated by corruption, poverty and disorder. Indeed, these are the natural result of any way of life that is based on the fragile foundations of man-made laws.

Ислам — это дин (образ жизни), который содержит всеобъемлющее руководство для всех сторон человеческого существования: от личного поклонения до экономики и управления государством. Законы и правила, которые исходят из исламской акыды (вероубеждения), происходят ни от кого иного, как от Аллаха (SWT), Творца человечества и вселенной. Поэтому они свободны от недостатков и ограничений, неизбежно присущих идеологиям, созданным человеком. Только через внедрение Ислама человечество может надеяться освободиться от пропасти, в которой оно сейчас погружено.

Islam is a deen (way of life), encompassing comprehensive guidance for all aspects of human existence, from personal worship to economics and government. The rules and laws which emanate from the Islamic ‘aqeedah (creed) come from none other than Allah (swt), the Creator of mankind and the universe. Thus, they are free from the flaws and limitations that are necessarily inherent in man-made ideologies. It is only by the implementation of Islam that mankind can ever hope to be freed from the abyss in which it is currently submerged.

Каждый мусульманин обязан полностью понимать детали этого уникального и совершенного образа жизни. Когда мы это сделаем, наш разум ясно увидит, что Системы ислама дают единственно практичные решения проблем уммы, а наши сердца вновь будут стремиться к их воплощению в мире.

It is the responsibility of every Muslim to understand fully about the details of this unique and perfect way of life. When we have done so, our minds will see clearly that the Systems of Islam provide the only practical solutions to the problems of the Ummah, and our hearts will yearn for their implementation in the world again.

«Аллах обещал тем из вас, кто уверовал и совершает праведные деяния, что непременно наделит их властью на земле, как даровал её тем, кто был до них, что утвердит для них их дин, который Он избрал для них, и что изменит их состояние после страха, в котором они жили, на безопасность и мир: “Они будут поклоняться Мне и не будут придавать Мне сотоварищей”». [ТМК 24:55] Эта книга излагает Системы Ислама — политическую, экономическую, социальную, образовательную и судебную, — и представляет их не как серию отдельных академических исследований, а как единое целое, показывая, как каждая система дополняет остальные, как они непосредственно применяются в делах нашей жизни и как нам следует работать над тем, чтобы вернуть их на мировую арену.

“Allah has promised to those among you who believe and workIntroduction to the Systems of Islam 2 righteous deeds, that of a certainty He will cause them to accede to power on earth, as He granted it to those before them, that He will establish in authority their deen which He has chosen for them, and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they lived, to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone) and not ascribe powers to any beside Me.” [TMQ 24:55] This book outlines the Systems of Islam - Ruling, Economic, Social, Education and Judicial, and presents them not as a series of individual academic studies, but as an integrated whole, showing how each system complements the others, how they apply directly in our lifes affairs, and how we should work to bring them back into the world arena.
