من اعتقادنا نحن المسلمين أن الإسلام منهج حياة كامل، يضع أنظمة تحكم كل جانب من جوانب حياة الإنسان، سواء كان مسلمًا أو غير مسلم. ولكن للأسف، فقد بدأ المسلمون اليوم، بسبب تسلل أفكار فاسدة معينة، يتساءلون عما إذا كان الإسلام قد وضع نظامًا للحكم، لا يُطبَّق على المسلمين وحدهم، بل على البشرية جمعاء.

As Muslims, it is part of our belief that Islam is a complete way of life which provides systems to govern each and every aspect of a human beings life, be they Muslims or non-Muslims. Unfortunately nowadays, due to the infiltration of certain corrupt ideas, the Muslims have started to question the fact of whether Islam has provided a ruling system, not only applicable on the Muslims but on the whole of mankind.

علاوةً على ذلك، فإنَّ نظامَ الحكمِ الإسلاميِّ ملزِمٌ لجميعِ الأمةِ الإسلاميةِ، أي أنَّ اتِّباعَه واجبٌ. ويدلُّ على ذلك الأدلةُ المذكورةُ في وصفِ نظامِ الحكمِ الإسلاميِّ.
