1) Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok setiap individu di dalam Negara Islam secara menyeluruh,

2) Untuk menyediakan bagi warga Negara Islam sarana untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mewah mereka, dan.

3) Untuk mencapai dua poin di atas melalui sistem yang dapat berjalan secara alami, dengan insentif yang layak bagi kegiatan ekonomi dan sistem distribusi yang adil.
