A--- हाँ, उनके पास अपने कर्मों पर सामर्थ्य और इच्छा है। उनके कर्म वास्तव में उन्हीं की ओर संबंधित किए जाते हैं। उन्हें उन्हीं के अनुसार उत्तरदायी ठहराया जाता है, उसी के अनुसार पुरस्कृत या दंडित किया जाता है, और अल्लाह किसी पर केवल वही दायित्व डालता है जो वह उठा सकता है। यह बात उसने अपनी महान किताब क़ुरआन और नबी ﷺ की सुन्नत में स्पष्ट की है।

A--- Yes, they have ability and will over their acts. Their acts are actually attributed to them. They are charged therewith, rewarded and punished with accordance thereto, and Allah charged only with what they can afford. He affirmed this in His Glorious Qur'an and the Prophetic Sunnah.
