A--- वे रुक़्या (झाड़-फूँक) अवैध हैं जो न तो महान क़ुरआन के अंश हैं और न ही नबी ﷺ की सुन्नत के, और जो अरबी में नहीं पढ़ी जातीं। यह निश्चित रूप से एक शैतानी, निषिद्ध कार्य है। इसे (इस तरीके से) करना, जैसा कि अधिकतर जादूगर, टोना-टोटका करने वाले और झूठे लोग करते हैं, तथा वे लोग जो ताबीज़ों और अन्य जादू-टोने के साधनों में हेराफेरी करते थे, और ऐसी पुस्तकों के माध्यम से (करते हैं), जैसे:
