A--- इसका अर्थ है सत्य को छिपाना और उसे जानते हुए भी उसके आगे समर्पित न होना, जैसे फ़िरऔन और उसकी क़ौम का मूसा (Moses) का इनकार, और यहूदियों का मुहम्मद ﷺ का इनकार।

A--- This implies concealing the truth and not to submit thereto while one knows it such as the disbelief of Pharaoh and his folk in Musa (Moses) (Peace be upon him) and the disbelief of the Jews in Muhammad (Peace be upon him).

अल्लाह तआला फ़िरऔन और उसकी क़ौम के बारे में फ़रमाता है: {और उन्होंने उन (निशानियों) को ज़ुल्म और घमंड के साथ झुठलाया, हालाँकि उनके अपने दिल उनका यक़ीन कर चुके थे [यानी वे (आयतें) अल्लाह की तरफ़ से थीं, और मूसा (Moses) सच्चे रसूल्लाह थे, लेकिन उन्होंने मूसा की बात मानना नापसंद किया, और उनके तौहीद के पैग़ाम पर ईमान लाने से नफ़रत की]}। (अन-नमल, 14)

Allah the Almighty says in regard to Pharaoh and his folk: {And they belied them (those Ayat) wrongfully and arrogantly, though their own selves were convinced thereof [i.e. those (Ayat) are from Allah, and Musa (Moses) is the Messenger of Allah in truth, but they disliked to obey Musa (Moses), and hated to believe in his Message of Monotheism]}. (An-Naml, 14)

उनके बारे में वह कहता है: {फिर जब उनके पास वह आया जिसे वे पहचानते थे, तो उन्होंने उसका इनकार कर दिया}। (अल-बक़रह, 89)

He says in regard to the Jews: {Then when there came to them that which they had recognized, they disbelieved in it}. (Al-Baqarah, 89)

अल्लाह तआला फ़रमाता है: {और निश्चय ही उनमें से एक गिरोह सत्य को छिपाता है जबकि वे उसे जानते हैं - [यानी मुहम्मद ﷺ के वे गुण जो तौरात और इंजील में लिखे हुए हैं]}। (अल-बक़रह, 146)

Allah the Almighty says: {But verily, a party of them conceal the truth while they know it -[i.e. the qualities of Muhammad (Peace be upon him) which are written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)]}. (Al-Baqarah, 146)
