A beleza do Islã é que ele veio para toda a humanidade. Ele não está restrito a nenhum povo ou lugar específico. O exemplo para a humanidade é o Profeta Muhammad ﷺ. Nenhum novo profeta ou mensageiro virá novamente.

The beauty of Islam is that it has come for the whole of mankind. It is not restricted to any particular people or place. The example for humanity is the Prophet Muhammad (saw). No new prophet or messenger will come again.

A adequação do Islã para todos os povos significa que ele concede direitos e deveres também aos não muçulmanos. Sob um sistema islâmico, os não muçulmanos podem praticar livremente suas crenças individuais relacionadas a alimentos, costumes matrimoniais e cultos. Naturalmente, dentro do Estado, quando na sociedade e no domínio público, todos serão tratados de acordo com a Lei Islâmica, e a Shari‘ah será aplicada a todos, na condição de cidadãos do Estado.

The suitability of Islam for all peoples means that it gives rights and duties to non-Muslims as well. Under an Islamic System non-Muslims can freely practice their individual beliefs related to foodstuffs, marriage customs and worships. Of course within the State, when in society and the public domain, everyone will be treated according to Islamic Law and the Shari‘ah will be administered over everyone, in their capacity as citizens of the State.

De fato, a primeira sociedade islâmica estabelecida em Madinah teve inicialmente uma maioria de cidadãos não muçulmanos. No entanto, assim que testemunharam a beleza do sistema islâmico sendo aplicado, as pessoas aderiram ao Islã em grande número. Além disso, deve-se enfatizar que a beleza e a justiça do Islã só podem ser verdadeiramente testemunhadas e manifestadas quando a Shari‘ah é implementada em sua totalidade. Pois os diferentes sistemas do Islã estão intrinsecamente ligados entre si e trabalham em conjunto para criar o equilíbrio perfeito. Por exemplo, no Sistema Econômico Islâmico, um de seus deveres fundamentais é garantir o provimento de alimentação, vestuário e moradia para todo cidadão do Khilafah. Isso exige que outros aspectos e sistemas também sejam implementados, como o cultivo das terras agrícolas ou o fornecimento, pelo sistema de governo, de infraestrutura adequada.

Indeed, the first Islamic society established in Madinah had initially a majority number of non-Muslim citizens. However, once they had witnessed the beauty of the Islamic system being applied, people flocked to embrace Islam in droves. In addition, it must be stressed that the beauty and justice of Islam can only be truly witnessed and manifested when the Shari‘ah is implemented in its totality. For the different systems of Islam are intrinsically linked together and work together to make the perfect balance. For example, in the Islamic Economic System one of its fundamental duties is to ensure the provision of food, clothing and shelter for every citizen of the Khilafah. This necessitates other aspects and systems being implemented also, such as agricultural land being cultivated, or the ruling system providing adequate infrastructure.

Ou tome o Sistema Islâmico de Punições. Uma das condições para cortar a mão do ladrão é que ela não pode ser cortada se a pessoa roubar por comida, ou seja, por causa da fome. Esta disposição essencial deve ser garantida pelo Sistema Econômico Islâmico. Portanto, a implementação parcial ou gradual do Islã é inválida e não proporcionará nenhum tipo de segurança ou justiça às pessoas.

Or take the Islamic Punishment System. One of the conditions for cutting the thief’s hand is that it cannot be cut if the person steals for food, i.e. due to hunger. This essential provision should be guaranteed by the Islamic Economic System. Hence, partial or gradual implementation of Islam is invalid and will not provide any kind of security or justice to the people.

Os Sistemas do Islã são como uma árvore com muitos ramos. Embora cada sistema seja como um ramo, distinto e único, todos constituem uma parte de um todo maior, que é o modo de vida islâmico completo.

The Systems of Islam are like a tree, with many branches. Although each system is like a branch, different and unique, they all constitute one part of a greater whole, which is the complete Islamic way of life.

A responsabilidade dos muçulmanos hoje, e de fato de toda a humanidade, é buscar mais uma vez o entendimento do modo de vida islâmico, para que ele possa ser aplicado na terra. Muitas pessoas podem não estar cientes do Islã no que diz respeito à educação, ao governo, à economia, aos assuntos sociais e judiciais. Por isso, é imperativo que todos nós busquemos conhecer sinceramente o Islã e sua natureza abrangente, que diz respeito a todas as esferas da vida. Esse conhecimento dará confiança aos muçulmanos de que o único caminho para a humanidade é o sistema do Criador, Allah (SWT) - o Islã.

The responsibility for Muslims today, and indeed the whole of mankind is to once again seek the understanding of the Islamic way of life so that it can be applied in the earth. Many people may not be aware of Islam as regards education, ruling, economics, social and judicial affairs. It is thus imperative that we all find out sincerely about Islam and its comprehensive nature pertaining to all spheres of life. This knowledge will give confidence to Muslims that the only way for humanity is the system of the Creator, Allah (swt) - Islam.
