Existem hoje no mundo muitos movimentos sinceros que trabalham pelo renascimento da nobre Ummah de Muhammad ﷺ. Deve tratar-se de um partido político islâmico cujo único objetivo é cumprir o mandamento de Allah (SWT), trabalhando para retomar o modo de vida islâmico e para levar a da‘wah do Islã ao restante da humanidade, tornando assim novamente dominante no mundo a religião (dīn) de Allah (SWT). Isso só será alcançado quando o Khilafah for restabelecido na terra.

There exist in the world today many sincere movements working for the revival of the noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw). It must be an Islamic political party whose sole aim is to fulfill the command of Allah (swt) by working to resume the Islamic way of life and to carry the da‘wah of Islam to rest of mankind, thereby making the deen of Allah (swt) dominant in the world again. This will only be achieved when the Khilafah is re-established on the earth.

Allah (SWT) diz no Alcorão:

Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:

"Que haja entre vós um grupo que convide ao bem, ordene o que é reto e proíba o que é mau, e esses são os bem-sucedidos." [TMQ 3:104]. O movimento deve compreender a realidade do declínio da Ummah, e seu propósito deve ser revivê-la do grave declínio que alcançou, e libertá-la dos pensamentos, sistemas e leis do kufr, bem como da dominação e influência dos Estados kufr sobre ela.

“Let there be among you a group that invites to the good, orders what is right and forbids what is evil, and they are those who are successful.” [TMQ 3:104]. The movement must understand the reality of the Ummah's decline, its purpose must be to revive the Ummah from the severe decline it has reached, and to liberate it from the thoughts, systems and laws of kufr, as well as from the domination and influence of the kufr states over her.

Este objetivo significa levar os muçulmanos de volta a viver um modo de vida islâmico no Dar al-Islam (ou seja, uma terra onde a soberania pertence a Allah (SWT) e a autoridade está nas mãos dos muçulmanos). Numa sociedade islâmica em que todos os assuntos da vida são administrados de acordo com as regras da Shari‘ah, e o ponto de vista nela é o halal e o haram, tal como sustentados sob a bandeira do Estado do Khilafah. Esse Estado é aquele em que os muçulmanos nomeiam um Khaleefah e lhe prestam o bay‘ah para ouvir e obedecer, com a condição de que ele governe de acordo com o Livro de Allah (SWT) e a Sunnah do Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ.

This objective means bringing the Muslims back to living an Islamic way of life in dar al-Islam (i.e. a land where the sovereignty is for Allah (swt), and the authority is in the hands of the Muslims). In an Islamic society such that all of lifes affairs are administered according to the Shari‘ah rules, and the viewpoint in it is the halal and the haram as upheld under the banner of the Khilafah State. That state is the one in which Muslims appoint a Khaleefah and give him the bay‘ah to listen and obey on condition that he rules according to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw).
