As direções do Emir da Jihad consistem em quatro departamentos.
The directorates of the Amir of Jihad consist of four departments.

O Amir do Jihad é o diretor e supervisor de todos os quatro departamentos. O Khaleefah pode delegar esta posição a um muçulmano devidamente qualificado, mas, como ele é o chefe de Estado, é importante que ele assuma o papel pessoalmente.
The Amir of Jihad is the director and supervisor of all four departments. The Khaleefah may delegate this position to a suitably qualified Muslim, but since he is the head of state, it is important that he takes on the role himself.
