Nossa metodologia para o renascimento deve seguir o exemplo do Profeta ﷺ; não existe outro exemplo para o estabelecimento do Estado Islâmico, e, além disso, isto está entre as ações que são fardo (obrigatórias), como Allah (SWT) ordena.

Our methodology for revival should follow the example of the Prophet (saw); no other example exists for the establishment of the Islamic State, and furthermore this is of the actions which are fard (compulsory) as Allah (swt) commands:

Portuguese translation of the Qur'an verse, using the Qur'an-verse curly-brace convention is not applicable here since the source text itself is in quotation marks; I translate it as given: “Julgue, pois, entre eles de acordo com o que Allah revelou, e não siga as suas paixões, desviando-te da verdade que te chegou.” [TMQ 5:42].

“So judge between them by whatever Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires, diverting you from the truth that has come to you.” [TMQ 5:42].

O comando de governar ou julgar pelo Islã é repetido muitas vezes no Alcorão e é indicado como obrigatório através da prática do Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ. Não se trata de um assunto preferível (mandub), mas de uma questão de vida ou morte para a Ummah, como se pode constatar pelas consequências desastrosas que vivemos sem o Khilafah (Estado Islâmico).

The command to rule or judge by Islam is repeated many times in the Qur’an and is indicated to be compulsory through the practice of the Messenger of Allah (saw). This is not a preferable (mandoub) matter but an issue of life and death for the Ummah as can be seen by the disastrous consequences we live in without the Khilafah (Islamic State).

In summary the Prophet (saw) undertook several key steps to establish the first Islamic State:

Ele ﷺ formou um grupo político (os companheiros).

He (saw) formed a political group (the companions).

Seus companheiros eram bem instruídos e desenvolvidos, com uma personalidade islâmica forte.

His companions were well cultured and developed in a strong Islamic personality.

Eles interagiam ativamente com a sociedade, não de forma militar, mas intelectual e politicamente, com o objetivo de derrubar o sistema corrupto existente, construindo uma opinião pública forte a favor do Islã.

They actively interacted with the society, not militarily but intellectually and politically to bring down the existing corrupt system through building a strong public opinion for Islam.

Ele ﷺ se aproximou das tribos e das pessoas influentes para que o apoiassem a ele ﷺ e ao seu grupo, e para que, de fato, transferissem o poder do sistema existente.

He (saw) approached the tribes and influential people in order that they support him (saw) and his group and to actually transfer power from the existing system.

Qualquer tentativa séria de renovação deve se basear nesta metodologia; ela vem da Sunnah e não da mente ou da imaginação do homem.

Any serious attempts at revival must be based upon this methodology; it is from the Sunnah and not from man’s mind or imagination.
