A situação dos que detêm a autoridade é de suma importância para o povo de qualquer sociedade. Isso se dá porque cada decisão que tomam e cada norma que implementam têm repercussões que afetam toda a população. Assim, quando os que detêm a autoridade apresentam falhas, toda a sociedade passa a ser caracterizada por essas falhas.

The situation of those in authority is of utmost importance for the people of any society. This is because every decision they make and every rule they implement has repercussions which affect the whole population. So, when those in authority have failings, the whole society becomes characterised by these failings.

Hoje, o mundo inteiro está sujeito a leis feitas pelo homem. O homem, que é limitado em seu conhecimento, propenso a erros e sujeito ao preconceito e à ganância. Como resultado, as regras que governam o mundo refletem esses aspectos do caráter humano, levando à opressão dos fracos, à injustiça e à corrupção. Pessoas em uma parte do mundo são deixadas morrer de fome, enquanto em outra o excedente de produção é queimado ou despejado no mar. Estamos sujeitos a impostos que não queremos e não podemos pagar. E somos informados sobre o que podemos e não podemos fazer por um punhado de políticos que não são melhores do que nós e, geralmente, são muito piores.

Today, the whole world is subject to man-made laws. Man who is limited in his knowledge, prone to errors and subject to prejudice and greed. As a result of this, the rules which govern the world reflect these aspects of man’s character - leading to oppression of the weak, injustice and corruption. People in one part of the world are allowed to starve, while in another, surplus produce is burnt or dumped in the sea. We are subject to taxes we do not want and cannot afford to pay. And we are told what we can and cannot do by a handful of politicians who are no better than and usually much worse than ourselves.

O sistema de governo islâmico é o único que oferece uma saída para esses problemas. Em vez de estar sujeito a leis feitas pelo homem, nas quais uma pessoa é obrigada a se curvar diante de outra, nossas vidas e nossa sociedade são regidas pela lei de Allah (SWT), o Altíssimo.

The Islamic ruling system is the only one which gives a way out from these problems. Instead of being subject to man-made laws, where one person is made to bow before another, our lives and society are governed by the law of Allah (swt) the Supreme.

Aqui, são as pessoas que têm autoridade para garantir que o governante aplique a lei de Allah, somente e em sua totalidade, e que ele jamais siga seus próprios caprichos e desejos, tornando-se assim um ditador.

Here, it is the people who have authority to ensure that the ruler implements Allah’s law, solely and in its entirety, and that he never follows his own whims and desires, so becoming a dictator.

É função do Sistema de Governo do Estado assegurar que todos os assuntos administrativos dentro de suas fronteiras funcionem bem e facilitem a vida tranquila dos súditos, muçulmanos ou não, dentro da estrutura islâmica.

It is the job of the Ruling System of the State to make sure that all the administrative matters within its boundaries run smoothly and facilitate the easy living of the subjects, whether Muslim or not, within the Islamic framework.

Além disso, o Estado será o meio eficaz para levar o chamado do Islã a todas as nações do mundo. Terá um exército poderoso para facilitar essa tarefa e também para defender suas fronteiras dos agressores que hoje assolam o mundo muçulmano; os problemas na Bósnia, na Índia e em Israel não serão mais do que uma dolorosa, mas distante, lembrança.

As well, the State will be the effective means of delivering the call of Islam to all the nations of the world. It has a powerful army to facilitate this task, and also to defend its frontiers from the likes of the aggressors who currently plague the Muslim world; the problems in Bosnia, India and Israel will be no more than a painful, but distant memory.

Todos os sistemas do Islã que são reunidos aqui estão interligados para formar um todo perfeitamente equilibrado e coordenado. Cada um depende dos outros para o seu funcionamento, e nenhum estaria completo se considerado isoladamente. Pode-se perceber, portanto, como o Sistema de Governo do Islã os une a todos, oferecendo um modo de vida que não tem paralelo na história da humanidade.

Each is dependent for its functioning on the others, and none would be complete if considered on its own.
