اسلام کی خوبصورتی یہ ہے کہ یہ تمام మానشیت کے لیے آیا ہے۔ یہ کسی خاص قوم یا جگہ تک محدود نہیں ہے۔ انسانیت کے لیے مثال نبی کریم ﷺ ہیں۔ اب کوئی نیا نبی یا رسول نہیں آئے گا۔

The beauty of Islam is that it has come for the whole of mankind. It is not restricted to any particular people or place. The example for humanity is the Prophet Muhammad (saw). No new prophet or messenger will come again.

تمام اقوام کے لیے اسلام کی موزونیت کا یہ مطلب ہے کہ یہ غیر مسلموں کو بھی حقوق اور فرائض عطا کرتا ہے۔ ایک اسلامی نظام کے تحت غیر مسلم خوراک، ازدواجی رسومات اور عبادات سے متعلق اپنے انفرادی عقائد پر آزادانہ طور پر عمل کر سکتے ہیں۔ یقیناً ریاست کے اندر، جب معاشرے اور عوامی دائرہ کار کی بات ہو، تو ہر ایک کے ساتھ اسلامی قانون کے مطابق سلوک کیا جائے گا اور ریاست کے شہریوں کی حیثیت سے سب پر شریعت نافذ ہوگی۔

The suitability of Islam for all peoples means that it gives rights and duties to non-Muslims as well. Under an Islamic System non-Muslims can freely practice their individual beliefs related to foodstuffs, marriage customs and worships. Of course within the State, when in society and the public domain, everyone will be treated according to Islamic Law and the Shari‘ah will be administered over everyone, in their capacity as citizens of the State.

بلاشبہ، مدینہ میں قائم ہونے والی پہلی اسلامی معاشرت میں ابتدا میں غیر مسلم شہریوں کی اکثریت تھی۔ تاہم، جب انہوں نے اسلامی نظام کے نفاذ کی خوبصورتی کو دیکھا، تو لوگ بڑی تعداد میں اسلام قبول کرنے کے لیے ٹوٹ پڑے۔ مزید یہ کہ اس بات پر زور دینا ضروری ہے کہ اسلام کی خوبصورتی اور انصاف کا حقیقی مشاہدہ اور اظہار تب ہی ممکن ہے جب شریعت کو مکمل طور پر نافذ کیا جائے۔ کیونکہ اسلام کے مختلف نظام بنیادی طور پر ایک دوسرے سے جڑے ہوئے ہیں اور ایک مکمل توازن پیدا کرنے کے لیے مل کر کام کرتے ہیں۔ مثال کے طور پر، اسلامی معاشی نظام میں اس کے بنیادی فرائض میں سے ایک خلافت کے ہر شہری کے لیے خوراک، لباس اور رہائش کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔ اس کے لیے دیگر پہلوؤں اور نظاموں کا نفاذ بھی ضروری ہے، جیسے کہ زرعی زمینوں پر کاشتکاری کرنا، یا حکمرانی کا نظام مناسب بنیادی ڈھانچہ فراہم کرنا۔

Indeed, the first Islamic society established in Madinah had initially a majority number of non-Muslim citizens. However, once they had witnessed the beauty of the Islamic system being applied, people flocked to embrace Islam in droves. In addition, it must be stressed that the beauty and justice of Islam can only be truly witnessed and manifested when the Shari‘ah is implemented in its totality. For the different systems of Islam are intrinsically linked together and work together to make the perfect balance. For example, in the Islamic Economic System one of its fundamental duties is to ensure the provision of food, clothing and shelter for every citizen of the Khilafah. This necessitates other aspects and systems being implemented also, such as agricultural land being cultivated, or the ruling system providing adequate infrastructure.

یا اسلامی سزا کے نظام کو دیکھیں۔ چور کا ہاتھ کاٹنے کے لیے ایک شرط یہ ہے کہ اگر کوئی شخص خوراک کے لیے، یعنی بھوک کی وجہ سے چوری کرتا ہے تو اس کا ہاتھ نہیں کاٹا جا سکتا۔ اس ضروری فراہمی کو اسلامی معاشی نظام کے ذریعے یقینی بنایا جانا چاہیے۔ لہٰذا، اسلام کا جزوی یا بتدریج نفاذ باطل ہے اور یہ لوگوں کو کسی قسم کا تحفظ یا انصاف فراہم نہیں کرے گا۔

Or take the Islamic Punishment System. One of the conditions for cutting the thief’s hand is that it cannot be cut if the person steals for food, i.e. due to hunger. This essential provision should be guaranteed by the Islamic Economic System. Hence, partial or gradual implementation of Islam is invalid and will not provide any kind of security or justice to the people.

اسلامی نظام ایک درخت کی مانند ہے جس کی بہت سی شاخیں ہیں۔ اگرچہ ہر نظام ایک شاخ کی طرح مختلف اور منفرد ہے، لیکن یہ سب مل کر ایک عظیم الشان مجموعے کا حصہ بناتے ہیں، جو کہ مکمل اسلامی طرزِ زندگی ہے۔

The Systems of Islam are like a tree, with many branches. Although each system is like a branch, different and unique, they all constitute one part of a greater whole, which is the complete Islamic way of life.

آج کے مسلمانوں، بلکہ درحقیقت پوری انسانیت کی یہ ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ ایک بار پھر اسلامی طرزِ زندگی کی سمجھ بوجھ حاصل کرنے کی کوشش کریں تاکہ اسے زمین پر نافذ کیا جا سکے۔ بہت سے لوگ تعلیم، حکمرانی، معیشت، اور سماجی و عدالتی امور کے حوالے سے اسلام سے واقف نہیں ہوں گے۔ چنانچہ یہ نہایت ضروری ہے کہ ہم سب خلوصِ دل سے اسلام اور زندگی کے تمام شعبوں سے متعلق اس کی جامعیت کے بارے میں جاننے کی کوشش کریں۔ یہ علم مسلمانوں کو اس اعتماد سے بھر دے گا کہ انسانیت کے لیے واحد راستہ خالق، اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کا نظام یعنی اسلام ہے۔

The responsibility for Muslims today, and indeed the whole of mankind is to once again seek the understanding of the Islamic way of life so that it can be applied in the earth. Many people may not be aware of Islam as regards education, ruling, economics, social and judicial affairs. It is thus imperative that we all find out sincerely about Islam and its comprehensive nature pertaining to all spheres of life. This knowledge will give confidence to Muslims that the only way for humanity is the system of the Creator, Allah (swt) - Islam.
