مسلم امت سات دہائیوں سے زائد عرصے سے خلافت (اسلامی ریاست) کے بغیر زندگی گزار رہی ہے، جس کے ایک طرف استعماری مغربی اقوام کا غلبہ ہے اور دوسری طرف امت کے ذہنوں میں اسلام سے بیگانہ نظریات — جیسے کہ سیکولرزم، قوم پرستی اور انفرادیت پسندی — کی مداخلت نے اسے مبتلا کر رکھا ہے۔

The Muslim Ummah have been living without the Khilafah (Islamic State) for over seven decades, plagued on the one hand by the domination of the colonialist Western nations, and on the other hand, afflicted by the infiltration of ideas alien to Islam - such as secularism, nationalism and individualism - into the minds of the Ummah.

اسلامی نظاموں کی جگہ، جو ایک متحد خلافت کے پرچم تلے 1300 سال سے زائد عرصے تک نافذ رہے اور اس کے زیرِ سایہ رہنے والے تمام لوگوں کو عدل و انصاف اور امن و امان فراہم کرتے رہے، آج دنیا ایک بار پھر بدعنوانی، غربت اور انتشار کے زیرِ اثر ہے۔ بے شک، یہ کسی بھی ایسے طرزِ زندگی کا فطری نتیجہ ہے جو انسان ساختہ قوانین کی کمزور بنیادوں پر قائم ہو۔

In the place of the Systems of Islam, which were implemented under the banner of a unified Khilafah State for more than 1300 years, giving justice and security to all that lived under it, the world is once again dominated by corruption, poverty and disorder. Indeed, these are the natural result of any way of life that is based on the fragile foundations of man-made laws.

اسلام ایک دین ہے، جو انسانی وجود کے تمام پہلوؤں کے لیے جامع رہنمائی فراہم کرتا ہے، چاہے وہ انفرادی عبادت ہو یا معیشت اور حکومت۔ وہ قواعد و ضوابط اور قوانین جو اسلامی عقیدہ سے پھوٹتے ہیں، وہ اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کے سوا کسی اور کے نہیں، جو تمام انسانوں اور کائنات کا خالق ہے۔ چنانچہ، وہ ان نقائص اور حدود سے پاک ہیں جو انسانی وضع کردہ نظریات میں لازمی طور پر موجود ہوتے ہیں۔ انسانیت اس کھائی سے نجات پانے کی امید صرف اسلام کے نفاذ کے ذریعے ہی رکھ سکتی ہے جس میں وہ اس وقت ڈوبی ہوئی ہے۔

Islam is a deen (way of life), encompassing comprehensive guidance for all aspects of human existence, from personal worship to economics and government. The rules and laws which emanate from the Islamic ‘aqeedah (creed) come from none other than Allah (swt), the Creator of mankind and the universe. Thus, they are free from the flaws and limitations that are necessarily inherent in man-made ideologies. It is only by the implementation of Islam that mankind can ever hope to be freed from the abyss in which it is currently submerged.

اس منفرد اور کامل نظامِ حیات کی تفصیلات کو مکمل طور پر سمجھنا ہر مسلمان کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ جب ہم ایسا کر لیں گے، تو ہمارے ذہنوں پر یہ واضح ہو جائے گا کہ اسلامی نظام امت کے مسائل کا واحد عملی حل فراہم کرتا ہے، اور ہمارے دل دنیا میں دوبارہ ان کے نفاذ کے لیے تڑپ اٹھیں گے۔

It is the responsibility of every Muslim to understand fully about the details of this unique and perfect way of life. When we have done so, our minds will see clearly that the Systems of Islam provide the only practical solutions to the problems of the Ummah, and our hearts will yearn for their implementation in the world again.

”اللہ نے تم میں سے ان لوگوں سے جو ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کیے، یہ وعدہ فرمایا ہے کہ وہ یقیناً انہیں زمین پر اقتدار عطا فرمائے گا، جس طرح اس نے ان سے پہلے لوگوں کو عطا کیا تھا، اور ان کے لیے ان کے دین کو مستحکم کر دے گا جسے اس نے ان کے لیے منتخب کیا ہے، اور ان کی اس خوف کے بعد جس میں وہ رہتے تھے، اسے امن و سلامتی میں بدل دے گا: وہ صرف میری ہی عبادت کریں گے اور میرے سوا کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھہرائیں گے۔“ [سورۃ النور 24:55] یہ کتاب اسلام کے نظاموں — حکومتی، معاشی، سماجی، تعلیمی اور عدالتی — کا خاکہ پیش کرتی ہے، اور انہیں محض انفرادی علمی مطالعہ کے سلسلے کے طور پر نہیں بلکہ ایک مربوط اکائی کے طور پر پیش کرتی ہے، یہ دکھاتے ہوئے کہ کس طرح ہر نظام دوسرے کی تکمیل کرتا ہے، وہ کس طرح ہماری زندگی کے معاملات میں براہِ راست لاگو ہوتے ہیں، اور ہمیں انہیں دنیا کے میدان میں واپس لانے کے لیے کس طرح کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔

“Allah has promised to those among you who believe and workIntroduction to the Systems of Islam 2 righteous deeds, that of a certainty He will cause them to accede to power on earth, as He granted it to those before them, that He will establish in authority their deen which He has chosen for them, and that He will change (their state) after the fear in which they lived, to one of security and peace: They will worship Me (alone) and not ascribe powers to any beside Me.” [TMQ 24:55] This book outlines the Systems of Islam - Ruling, Economic, Social, Education and Judicial, and presents them not as a series of individual academic studies, but as an integrated whole, showing how each system complements the others, how they apply directly in our lifes affairs, and how we should work to bring them back into the world arena.
