آج کی دنیا میں محمد ﷺ کی عظیم الشان امت کے احیاء کے لیے کام کرنے والی بہت سی مخلص تحریکیں موجود ہیں۔ یہ ایک ایسی اسلامی سیاسی جماعت ہونی چاہیے جس کا واحد مقصد اسلامی طرزِ زندگی کی بحالی کے لیے کام کر کے اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کے حکم کو پورا کرنا اور باقی انسانیت تک اسلام کی دعوت پہنچانا ہو، تاکہ اس طرح دنیا میں اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کا دین دوبارہ غالب آ سکے۔ یہ صرف اسی صورت میں حاصل ہو سکے گا جب زمین پر خلافت دوبارہ قائم کی جائے گی۔

There exist in the world today many sincere movements working for the revival of the noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw). It must be an Islamic political party whose sole aim is to fulfill the command of Allah (swt) by working to resume the Islamic way of life and to carry the da‘wah of Islam to rest of mankind, thereby making the deen of Allah (swt) dominant in the world again. This will only be achieved when the Khilafah is re-established on the earth.

اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) قرآن میں فرماتا ہے:

Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:

”تم میں ایک ایسی جماعت ہونی چاہیے جو خیر کی طرف بلائے، نیکی کا حکم دے اور برائی سے روکے، اور یہی لوگ فلاح پانے والے ہیں۔“ [TMQ 3:104]۔ تحریک کو امت کے زوال کی حقیقت کو سمجھنا چاہیے، اس کا مقصد امت کو اس شدید زوال سے دوبارہ زندہ کرنا ہونا چاہیے جس پر وہ پہنچی ہے، اور اسے کفر کے افکار، نظاموں اور قوانین کے ساتھ ساتھ کفر کے ریاستوں کے غلبے اور اثر و رسوخ سے آزاد کرانا ہونا چاہیے۔

“Let there be among you a group that invites to the good, orders what is right and forbids what is evil, and they are those who are successful.” [TMQ 3:104]. The movement must understand the reality of the Ummah's decline, its purpose must be to revive the Ummah from the severe decline it has reached, and to liberate it from the thoughts, systems and laws of kufr, as well as from the domination and influence of the kufr states over her.

اس مقصد کا مطلب مسلمانوں کو دار الاسلام میں اسلامی طرز زندگی کی طرف واپس لانا ہے (یعنی وہ سرزمین جہاں حاکمیت اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کے لیے ہو، اور اقتدار مسلمانوں کے ہاتھوں میں ہو)۔ ایک ایسا اسلامی معاشرہ جس میں زندگی کے تمام معاملات شریعت کے قوانین کے مطابق چلائے جائیں، اور اس میں حلال اور حرام کا معیار وہی ہو جو خلافت کے پرچم تلے برقرار رکھا جائے۔ وہ ریاست وہ ہے جس میں مسلمان ایک خلیفہ مقرر کریں اور اسے اس شرط پر بیعت دیں کہ وہ اللہ (سبحانہ و تعالیٰ) کی کتاب اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی سنت کے مطابق حکومت کرے گا۔

. This objective means bringing the Muslims back to living an Islamic way of life in dar al-Islam (i.e. a land where the sovereignty is for Allah (swt), and the authority is in the hands of the Muslims). In an Islamic society such that all of lifes affairs are administered according to the Shari‘ah rules, and the viewpoint in it is the halal and the haram as upheld under the banner of the Khilafah State. That state is the one in which Muslims appoint a Khaleefah and give him the bay‘ah to listen and obey on condition that he rules according to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw).
