خلافت اس بات کو یقینی بنائے گی کہ تعلیم مفت فراہم کی جائے۔ ہر علاقے میں اس حد تک اسکول، کالج اور تجربہ گاہیں فراہم کی جائیں گی جتنی کہ معاشرے کو ان کی ضرورت ہے۔ یہ تصور کیا گیا ہے کہ اسلامی ریاست دوبارہ ٹیکنالوجی کے لیے حوالہ بن جائے گی، یہ وہ مقام ہے جس پر وہ صدیوں تک فائز رہی۔ نجی اسکول بھی موجود ہوں گے لیکن انہیں اسلامی نصاب کے مطابق ہونا چاہیے۔

The Khilafah will ensure that education is provided free of charge. Schools, colleges and laboratories will be provided in every locality, to the extent to which they are needed by the community. It is envisioned that the Islamic State will again become the reference point for technology, a position it enjoyed for centuries. Private schools will also be present but they must conform to the Islamic curriculum.

دیگر ذرائع ابلاغ بھی تعلیمی ہیں، جیسے کہ رسائل، کمپیوٹر یا ٹیلی ویژن، لہٰذا ان کا استعمال بھی اسلامی ضوابط کے مطابق ہوگا۔ کسی بھی خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں ذمہ دار صحافیوں کے خلاف فوجداری کارروائی کی جائے گی، چنانچہ وہ دن گزر جائیں گے جب آج کے ٹیبلائیڈز (خبر رساں اخبارات) کے صفحات بہتان تراشی اور سکینڈل سازی سے بھرے ہوتے ہیں۔ فلموں کی صورت میں خیالی دنیا میں کھو جانے کے دن بھی ختم ہو جائیں گے کیونکہ اسلام میں اداکاری ممنوع ہے۔ اس کے بجائے، میڈیا کو محض فرار حاصل کرنے کے ذریعے کے بجائے معلوماتی ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ کہیں زیادہ تعمیری طریقے سے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔

Other media are also educational, like magazines, computers or television, so their use will also be according to Islamic guidelines. Any violation will lead to criminal proceedings against the responsible journalists, so gone will be the days of the slandering and scandalising that fill the pages of today’s tabloids. Gone too will be the days of fantasising in the form of the movies for acting is forbidden in Islam. Instead, the mass media will be used in a far more constructive way, being informative rather than just a form of escapism.
