Resolver las disputas entre las personas y cualquier persona que forme parte del sistema de gobierno, ya sean gobernantes o empleados, el Califa o cualquier otra persona.
Resolve the arguments between people and any person who forms part of the ruling system, be they rulers or employees, the Khaleefah or any other person.
El Islam establece que cada uno de estos roles son partes separadas del poder judicial y que cada uno es desempeñado por distintos tipos de jueces.
Islam defines that each of these roles are separate parts of the judiciary and that each are undertaken by different types of judges.
