El Amir de la Yihad es el director y supervisor de los cuatro departamentos. El Jalifa puede delegar este cargo en un musulmán adecuadamente cualificado, pero, dado que es el jefe de Estado, es importante que asuma él mismo la función.
The Amir of Jihad is the director and supervisor of all four departments. The Khaleefah may delegate this position to a suitably qualified Muslim, but since he is the head of state, it is important that he takes on the role himself.
