10.15 Lizard Hole Cometh
En el Corán, Allah nos dio una descripción tan detallada de los Banu Isra'il, de sus crímenes y de sus deficiencias espirituales, porque los musulmanes replicarían su evolución. El conocido hadiz según el cual los musulmanes seguirán el camino de quienes les precedieron, paso a paso, da testimonio de esta lamentable eventualidad.
In the Quran, Allah gave us such a detailed description of Bani Isra’il and their crimes and spiritual deficiencies because the Muslims would mirror their evolution. The well-known hadith of Muslims following the path of those before them, step by step, testifies to this depressing eventuality.
«Caminaréis el mismo camino que tomaron los que os precedieron, palmo a palmo y paso a paso, hasta el punto de que, si hubieran entrado en el agujero del lagarto, vosotros también los seguiríais en eso». Dijimos: «¡Mensajero de Allah ﷺ!, ¿te refieres a los judíos y a los cristianos?». Él dijo: «¿Y quiénes más?».
“You would walk the same path as was taken by those before you inch by inch and step by step so much so that if they had entered into the hole of the lizard, you would follow them in this also. We said: ‘Allah’s Messenger, do you mean Jews and Christians?’ He said: ‘Who else?’”
Y cuando miramos a nuestro alrededor, vemos con toda claridad que el Mensajero ﷺ sin duda dijo la verdad. Reflexiona sobre los aleyas pertinentes y verás las mismas conductas y acciones, no en una pequeña minoría de la Ummah, sino cada vez más en la mayoría y en sus líderes.
And when we look around us, we see as clear as day that the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم undoubtedly spoke the truth. Reflect on the relevant ayat and you will see the same behaviors and actions, not with a small minority of the Ummah, but increasingly the majority and their leaders.

To those who are not satisfied with their religion and seek to “reform” it to their liking:
«Y si os apartáis, Él os reemplazará por otro pueblo; y luego no serán como vosotros.»
“And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you.”
