Er bestaan vandaag de dag in de wereld vele oprechte bewegingen die werken aan de herleving van de nobele moslimgemeenschap (Ummah) van Muhammad ﷺ. Het moet een islamitische politieke partij zijn waarvan het enige doel is om het gebod van Allah (SWT) te vervullen door te werken aan het hervatten van de islamitische levenswijze en door de oproep tot de islam (Da’wah) naar de rest van de mensheid te brengen, waardoor de religie (Deen) van Allah (SWT) opnieuw dominant in de wereld wordt. Dit zal alleen worden bereikt wanneer het kalifaat (Khilafah) op aarde wordt hersteld.

There exist in the world today many sincere movements working for the revival of the noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw). It must be an Islamic political party whose sole aim is to fulfill the command of Allah (swt) by working to resume the Islamic way of life and to carry the da‘wah of Islam to rest of mankind, thereby making the deen of Allah (swt) dominant in the world again. This will only be achieved when the Khilafah is re-established on the earth.

Allah (SWT) zegt in de Qur'an:

Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:

“Laat er onder jullie een groep zijn die oproept tot het goede, het goede gebiedt en het kwade verbiedt, en zij zijn degenen die succesvol zijn.” [TMQ 3:104]. De beweging moet de realiteit van de neergang van de moslimgemeenschap (Ummah) begrijpen; haar doel moet zijn om de moslimgemeenschap (Ummah) te doen herleven uit de ernstige neergang die zij heeft bereikt, en om haar te bevrijden van de denkwijzen, systemen en wetten van ongeloof (Kufr), evenals van de dominantie en invloed van de ongeloof (Kufr) staten over haar.

“Let there be among you a group that invites to the good, orders what is right and forbids what is evil, and they are those who are successful.” [TMQ 3:104]. The movement must understand the reality of the Ummah's decline, its purpose must be to revive the Ummah from the severe decline it has reached, and to liberate it from the thoughts, systems and laws of kufr, as well as from the domination and influence of the kufr states over her.

Dit doel houdt in dat de moslims worden teruggebracht naar het leiden van een islamitische levenswijze in het gebied van de islam (Dar al-Islam) (dat wil zeggen een land waar de soevereiniteit voor Allah (SWT) is, en de autoriteit in de handen van de moslims ligt). In een islamitische samenleving zodanig dat alle levenszaken worden bestuurd volgens de regels van de sharia, en het standpunt daarin het toegestane (Halal) en het verboden (Haram) is, zoals gehandhaafd onder de vlag van de staat van het kalifaat (Khilafah). Die staat is de staat waarin moslims een kalief benoemen en hem de eed van trouw (Bay’ah) geven om te luisteren en te gehoorzamen op de voorwaarde dat hij regeert volgens het Boek van Allah (SWT) en de profetische traditie (Sunnah) van de Boodschapper van Allah ﷺ.

This objective means bringing the Muslims back to living an Islamic way of life in dar al-Islam (i.e. a land where the sovereignty is for Allah (swt), and the authority is in the hands of the Muslims). In an Islamic society such that all of lifes affairs are administered according to the Shari‘ah rules, and the viewpoint in it is the halal and the haram as upheld under the banner of the Khilafah State. That state is the one in which Muslims appoint a Khaleefah and give him the bay‘ah to listen and obey on condition that he rules according to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw).
