Il existe aujourd'hui dans le monde de nombreux mouvements sincères œuvrant pour la renaissance de la noble communauté (Ummah) de Muhammad ﷺ. Il doit s'agir d'un parti politique islamique dont le seul but est d'accomplir l'ordre d'Allah (SWT) en travaillant à la reprise du mode de vie islamique et en portant l'appel à l'islam (Da’wah) au reste de l'humanité, rendant ainsi la religion (Deen) d'Allah (SWT) à nouveau dominante dans le monde. Cela ne sera possible que lorsque le califat sera rétabli sur la terre.

There exist in the world today many sincere movements working for the revival of the noble Ummah of Muhammad (saw). It must be an Islamic political party whose sole aim is to fulfill the command of Allah (swt) by working to resume the Islamic way of life and to carry the da‘wah of Islam to rest of mankind, thereby making the deen of Allah (swt) dominant in the world again. This will only be achieved when the Khilafah is re-established on the earth.

Allah (SWT) dit dans le Coran :

Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an:

« Qu'il y ait parmi vous un groupe qui appelle au bien, ordonne le convenable et interdit le blâmable, et ceux-là sont les certes réussis. » [TMQ 3:104]. Le mouvement doit comprendre la réalité du déclin de la communauté (Ummah), son but doit être de faire revivre la communauté (Ummah) du déclin sévère qu'elle a atteint, et de la libérer des pensées, des systèmes et des lois de la mécréance (Kufr), ainsi que de la domination et de l'influence des États de la mécréance (Kufr) sur elle.

“Let there be among you a group that invites to the good, orders what is right and forbids what is evil, and they are those who are successful.” [TMQ 3:104]. The movement must understand the reality of the Ummah's decline, its purpose must be to revive the Ummah from the severe decline it has reached, and to liberate it from the thoughts, systems and laws of kufr, as well as from the domination and influence of the kufr states over her.

Cet objectif signifie ramener les musulmans à un mode de vie islamique dans le territoire de l’islam (Dar al-Islam) (c'est-à-dire une terre où la souveraineté appartient à Allah (SWT), et l'autorité est entre les mains des musulmans). Dans une société islamique telle que toutes les affaires de la vie soient administrées selon les règles de la charia (Shari’ah), et que le critère soit le licite (Halal) et l'illicite (Haram) tels que défendus sous la bannière de l'État du califat (Khilafah). Cet État est celui dans lequel les musulmans nomment un calife et lui prêtent le serment d’allégeance (Bay’ah) pour écouter et obéir à condition qu'il gouverne selon le Livre d'Allah (SWT) et la sunna du Messager d'Allah ﷺ.

This objective means bringing the Muslims back to living an Islamic way of life in dar al-Islam (i.e. a land where the sovereignty is for Allah (swt), and the authority is in the hands of the Muslims). In an Islamic society such that all of lifes affairs are administered according to the Shari‘ah rules, and the viewpoint in it is the halal and the haram as upheld under the banner of the Khilafah State. That state is the one in which Muslims appoint a Khaleefah and give him the bay‘ah to listen and obey on condition that he rules according to the Book of Allah (swt) and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (saw).
