The Third Chapter
首先:Al-Ijmaa'(共识)
Firstly: Al-Ijmaa’ (Consensus):
1 – 它的含义及其对沙里亚（Ahkaam Ash-Shar'iyah）律例的重要性。
1 – Its meaning and importance in respect to the Ahkaam AshShar’iyah.
2 – 其作为证据的效力（Hujjiyah，即可否作为凭据）、其发生的可能性，以及学者们对此的观点。
2 – Its Hujjiyah (validity as a proof and evidence), the possibility of its occurrence and the opinions of the ‘Ulamaa in respect to that.

Secondly: Al-Qiyaas (Analogy):

2 – 类比推理（القياس）的证据性及学者们对其运用的看法与其证据
2 – The Hujjiyah of Al-Qiyaas and the opinions of the ‘Ulamaa in respect to working with it and its evidences.
