カリフ制は、教育が無償で提供されることを保障します。学校、大学、研究所は、共同体が必要とする範囲で、すべての地域に設けられます。イスラーム国家は、何世紀にもわたって享受してきた地位を再び取り戻し、技術における拠り所となることが構想されています。私立学校も存在しますが、それらはイスラーム的カリキュラムに従わなければなりません。

The Khilafah will ensure that education is provided free of charge. Schools, colleges and laboratories will be provided in every locality, to the extent to which they are needed by the community. It is envisioned that the Islamic State will again become the reference point for technology, a position it enjoyed for centuries. Private schools will also be present but they must conform to the Islamic curriculum.

他のメディア、例えば雑誌、コンピューター、テレビもまた教育的なものであるため、その利用もイスラームの指針に従って行われる。いかなる違反も、責任あるジャーナリストに対する刑事訴訟につながる。そうなれば、今日のタブロイド紙のページを埋め尽くす中傷やスキャンダル報道の時代は過ぎ去るだろう。また、演技はイスラームで禁じられているため、映画という形で空想をかき立てる時代も過ぎ去るだろう。その代わりに、マスメディアははるかに建設的な方法で用いられ、単なる現実逃避の手段ではなく、情報を伝えるものとなるだろう。

Other media are also educational, like magazines, computers or television, so their use will also be according to Islamic guidelines. Any violation will lead to criminal proceedings against the responsible journalists, so gone will be the days of the slandering and scandalising that fill the pages of today’s tabloids. Gone too will be the days of fantasising in the form of the movies for acting is forbidden in Islam. Instead, the mass media will be used in a far more constructive way, being informative rather than just a form of escapism.
