সার্বজনীন মালিকানার তিনটি শ্রেণি রয়েছে:

There are three categories of Public Ownership:

ক. সর্বসাধারণের উপকারী সুযোগ-সুবিধা, যেমন শহরের উন্মুক্ত স্থানসমূহ।

a. Public utilities, such as the open spaces in the towns.

b. তেলক্ষেত্রের মতো বিপুল খনিজ সম্পদ।

b. Vast mineral resources, like oil fields.

গ. যেসব জিনিস তাদের প্রকৃতিগতভাবেই ব্যক্তিগত মালিকানার বাইরে থাকে, যেমন নদী।

c. Things which, by their nature, preclude ownership by individuals, such as rivers.

প্রবন্ধের প্রমাণ হলো ১২৯ নম্বর ধারার প্রমাণ, এবং সেই অনুযায়ী "গ" উপধারার প্রমাণ হলো সাধারণ পথের মালিকানায় অংশীদার লোকদের প্রতি রাসূলুল্লাহ ﷺ-এর সমর্থন এবং তাঁর এই বাণী:

The evidence of the article is the evidence for article 129, and so the evidence for clause: “c” is the affirmation of the Messenger (pbuh) upon the people sharing the ownership of the public pathways, and his words:
