শিক্ষামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে যে কোনো স্তরে বই লেখাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে লাভ করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। একবার কোনো বই ছাপা ও প্রকাশিত হয়ে গেলে, লেখক সহ কারও অধিকার নেই প্রকাশনা ও মুদ্রণের স্বত্ব নিজের জন্য সংরক্ষিত রাখার। তবে সেগুলো যদি এমন ধারণা হয় যা তাঁর মনে ছিল কিন্তু এখনও ছাপা বা প্রকাশিত হয়নি, তাহলে মালিকের অধিকার আছে এসব ধারণা জনসাধারণের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়ার বিনিময়ে পারিশ্রমিক নেওয়ার, ঠিক যেমন শিক্ষাদানের বিনিময়ে তিনি পারিশ্রমিক নিতেন।

The exploitation of writing books for educational purposes at whatever level is strictly forbidden.
