Q 196: Como podemos conciliar o dito do Profeta ﷺ: "Cabe a Allah perdoá-lo ou castigá-lo", e o que foi mencionado anteriormente, de que aquele cujos pecados superam suas boas ações entrará no Fogo do Inferno?
Q 196: How can we compromise between the saying of the Prophet "It is up to Allah to forgive or punish him", and between what is mentioned earlier that one whose sins outweigh his good deeds, will enter Hell-fire?
A--- Não há contradição entre os dois. Pois, aquele que Allah deseja perdoar, será submetido a um ajuste de contas fácil.
A--- No contradiction is there between the two. As, whom Allah wishes to forgive, he will be brought to an easy accounting.
Ibn 'Umar (que Allah esteja satisfeito com eles) relatou: Uma pessoa disse a Ibn 'Umar: Como você ouviu o Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ falar sobre a conversa íntima? Ele disse: Eu o ouvi dizer:
Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: A person said to Ibn 'Umar: How did you hear Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) as saying something about intimate conversation? He said: I heard him say:
Um crente será trazido diante de seu Senhor, Exaltado e Glorioso é Ele, no Dia da Ressurreição, e Ele colocará sobre ele Seu véu e o fará confessar seus pecados. Então, Ele dirá: Você reconhece (seus pecados)?
A believer will be brought to his Lord, Exalted and Glorious is He, on the Day of Resurrection, and he would place upon him His veil, and make him confess his faults. Then, He would say: Do you recognize (your faults)?
Ele responderia: "Meu Senhor, eu faço." Ele (o Senhor) diria: "Eu os encobri para ti na vida mundana, e hoje os perdoo para ti." (Bukhari e Muslim)
He would reply: My Lord, I do. He (the Lord) would say: I concealed them for you in the worldly life, and today I forgive them for you.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
Mas, quanto àqueles que entram no Fogo por causa de seus pecados, esses são os que são submetidos à prestação de contas. O Mensageiro de Allah ﷺ disse:
But, as for those who enter Hell-fire due to their sins, those are the ones who are taken to account. Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) says:
"Aquele que for submetido a prestação de contas no Dia da Ressurreição, na verdade, será submetido a tormento." (Bukhari e Muslim)
"He who is taken to account on the Day of Resurrection is in fact put to torment.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
