Considerando a atribuição da Fala a Allah Todo-Poderoso, ela é um dos Seus Atributos da Essência, juntamente com o Seu Conhecimento.

A--- Considering relating the Speech Attribute to the Entity of Allah Almighty, it is one of His Entity Attributes along with His Knowledge.

Antes, isso constitui parte de Seu Conhecimento; Ele o fez descer com Seu Conhecimento, e Ele é o Mais Sábio sobre o que faz descer. Quanto ao Seu Falar com Sua Vontade e Seu Desejo, é um Atributo relacionado ao Seu Agir.

Rather, it constitutes part of His Knowledge, He sent it down with His Knowledge and He is the Best Knower of what He sends down. As for His Speaking with His Will and Wish, it is an Attribute related to His Acting.

Como disse o Profeta Muhammad ﷺ: "Se Allah quiser revelar algo, Ele fala por meio da Revelação." Por isso, nossos piedosos sábios dos primeiros muçulmanos disseram a respeito do Atributo da Fala: "É um Atributo tanto da Essência quanto da Ação. Pois Allah, Glorificado seja, sempre foi e ainda é descrito com a Fala, para sempre, e que Seu Falar e Seu Dirigir-se são sujeitos à Sua Vontade e Desejo. Ele fala se quiser, quando quiser e da maneira que quiser, com Palavras para serem ouvidas por quem Ele quiser. Sua Fala é um Atributo sem fim nem término. Allah diz:

As said by Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him): "If Allah wills to reveal the matter, He speaks with Revelation.” For this, our pious scholars of the earlier Muslims said regarding the Speech Attribute: "It is a Quality of both the Entity and Acting. For Allah, Glory be His, was and still described with Speech ever and forever, and that His Speaking and Addressing is up to His Will and Wish. He speaks if He wills, when He wills, and in the manner He wills with Words to be heard by whom He wills. His Speech is an Attribute with no end or termination. Allah says:

{Diga (ó Muhammad, que a paz esteja com ele, à humanidade): "Se o mar fosse tinta para escrever as Palavras do meu Senhor, certamente o mar se esgotaria antes que as Palavras do meu Senhor se completassem, ainda que trouxéssemos outro mar igual para ajudá-lo}. (Al-Kahf, 109)

{Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him) to mankind): "If the sea were ink for (writing) the Words of my Lord, surely, the sea would be exhausted before the Words of my Lord would be finished, even if We brought (another sea) like it for its aid}. (Al-Kahf, 109)

Allah diz: {E se todas as árvores da terra fossem penas e o mar (fosse tinta com que escrever), com sete mares a mais para aumentá-lo (em suprimento), ainda assim as Palavras de Allah não se esgotariam}.

Allah says: {And if all the trees on the earth were pens and the sea (were ink wherewith to write), with seven seas behind it to add to its (supply), yet the Words of Allah would not be exhausted}.

Allah, o Altíssimo, diz: {E a palavra do teu Senhor se cumpriu em verdade e em justiça. Ninguém pode alterar as Suas palavras. E Ele é o Oniouvinte, o Onisciente}. (Al-An'am, 115)

Allah the Almighty says: {And the Word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can change His Words. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower}. (Al-An'am, 115)
