الف--- تقدیر پر ایمان لانے کے چار درجات ہیں:

A--- Affirming faith in the Divine Decree is of four ranks:

پہلا درجہ: اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس علم پر ایمان لانا جو ہر چیز کا احاطہ کیے ہوئے ہے۔

First rank: Affirming faith in Allah's Knowledge that covers everything.

زمین یا آسمان میں ایک ذرہ (یا ایک چھوٹی سی چیونٹی) کے برابر بھی کوئی چیز ہو یا اس سے کم یا زیادہ، اس کے علم سے کچھ بھی اوجھل نہیں ہے۔ اس نے اپنی مخلوق کو پیدا کرنے سے پہلے ہی ان کے بارے میں سب کچھ جان لیا تھا: ان کا رزق، ان کی مقررہ مدتیں، ان کے اقوال، ان کے اعمال، ان کی حرکات، ان کے پوشیدہ راز اور ان کی علانیہ ملاقاتیں، اور ان میں سے جہنمیوں اور جنت والوں کے بارے میں بھی۔

Not even the weight of an atom (or a small ant) or less than that or greater in the heavens or the earth escapes His Knowledge. He knew all about His creatures before creating them: their sustenance, appointed terms, sayings, deeds, moves, secrets and public conferences, the residents of Hell from among them and also the residents of Paradise.

دوسرا درجہ: ان تمام (اور دیگر) چیزوں کی پہلے سے لکھے جانے پر ایمان لانا
