الف--- اس کا مطلب اس حقیقت پر خالص، کامل اور مطلق ایمان رکھنا ہے کہ یہ سب اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے نازل کیے گئے ہیں، اور کہ اس نے ان کے ذریعے کلام فرمایا ہے۔ یہ ایک سے زائد اقسام میں تقسیم ہیں: کچھ پر پردے کے پیچھے سے وحی کی گئی جس میں کوئی واسطہ الٰہی رسول نہیں تھا؛ کچھ الٰہی رسول کے ذریعے انسانی رسول تک پہنچائی گئیں؛ اور کچھ اللہ کے ہاتھ سے لکھی گئیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے قرآنِ کریم میں فرماتا ہے: {اور کسی انسان کے لیے یہ نہیں کہ اللہ اس سے کلام کرے مگر وحی کے ذریعے، یا پردے کے پیچھے سے، یا یہ کہ وہ کوئی رسول بھیجے جو اس کی اجازت سے وہی نازل کرے جو وہ چاہتا ہے۔ بے شک وہ بلند مرتبہ، حکمت والا ہے}۔ [سورۃ الشوریٰ، 51]

A--- It means to have pure, perfect and absolute belief in the fact that they are all sent down by Allah the Almighty, and that He spoke therewith. They are divided into more than one category: some were revealed from behind a veil with no intermediary Divine Messenger; some were conveyed through the intermediary Divine Messenger to the human Messenger; and some were written down by Allah's Hand. Almighty Allah says in His Glorious Qur'an: {It is not given to any human being that Allah should speak to him unless (it be) by revelation, or from behind a veil, or (that) He sends a Messenger to reveal what He wills by His Leave. Verily, He is Most High, Most Wise, or from behind a veil, or (that) He sends a Messenger to reveal what He wills by His Leave. Verily, He is Most High, Most Wise}. (AshShura,51)
