Q 45: What is the opposite of "Oneness of the Worship of Allah"?
الف--- اس کی ضد [شرک] ہے۔ شرک کی دو قسمیں ہیں (15)، یعنی: [الشرک الاکبر] یعنی شرکِ اکبر، اور [الشرک الاصغر] یعنی شرکِ اصغر۔
A--- The opposite is [Shrik] polytheism. There are two types of Shirk (15), namely: [Ash-Shirk Al-Akbar] the Major Shirk, and [Ash-Shirk Al-Asghar] the Minor Shirk (polytheism).
(15) شرک کی ایک تیسری قسم ہے، یعنی: [Ash-Shirk Al-Khafi] یعنی پوشیدہ شرک۔ اس قسم سے مراد اللہ کی طرف سے انسان کے لیے مقدر کردہ ناگزیر حالت پر باطنی طور پر عدم اطمینان کا اظہار کرنا ہے؛ یعنی ضمیر میں یہ ملال رکھنا کہ اگر آپ نے ایسا یا ویسا کیا ہوتا یا اگر آپ نے فلاں چیز اختیار کی ہوتی تو آپ کا مرتبہ بہتر ہوتا، وغیرہ۔ (مترجم)
(15) There is a third type of Shirk, namely: [Ash-Shirk AI-Khafi] i.e. Inconspicuous Shirk. This type implies being inwardly dissatisfied with the inevitable condition that has been ordained for one by Allah; conscientiously lamenting that had you done or not done such and such or had you approached such and such you would have had a better status, etc. (Translator)
