A ---Narrado el Imam At-Tirmidhi: El Mensajero de Allah ﷺ dijo: "La pena prescrita para el hechicero es un golpe con la espada." (Un hadiz débil narrado por At-Tirmidhi)

A ---Narrated Imam At-Tirmidhi: Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) says: "The Prescribed Penalty for the sorcerer is a hit with the sword.” (A Weak Hadith narrated by At- Tirmidhi)

At-Tirmidhi añadió: Esta pena fue aplicada por los eruditos entre los compañeros del Profeta Muhammad ﷺ y otros. Esta también es la opinión del Imam Malik ibn Anas.

At-Tirmidhi added: This penalty has been brought into effect by the wellversed from among the companions of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and others. This is also the saying of Imam Malik Ibn Anas.

El Imán Ash-Shafi'i dijo: El hechicero debe ser ejecutado si sus actos llegan al grado de incredulidad, pero si no llegan a ese grado, no debe ser ejecutado.

Imam Ash-Shafi' I said: The sorcerer is to be killed if his acts reach the degree of disbelief, but if they do not, he is not to be killed.
