A--- El Mensajero de Allah ﷺ dijo: «El efecto del mal de ojo es una realidad.» (Bujari y Muslim)

A--- Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) says: "The effect of an evil eye is a fact.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

Narrado por Umm Salamah (que Allah esté complacido con ella): Que el Profeta ﷺ vio en su casa a una niña cuyo rostro tenía una mancha negra. Dijo: "Está afectada por el mal de ojo, así que trátenla con una ruqyah". (Bujari y Muslim)

Narrated Umm. Salamah (May Allah be pleased with her): That the Prophet (Peace be upon him) saw in her house a girl whose face had a black spot. He said. "She is under the effect of an evil eye, so treat her with a Ruqyah.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

Narrado por `A'ishah (que Allah esté complacido con ella): El Profeta ﷺ me ordenó a mí, o a otra persona, que hiciera ruqyah (si había peligro) por causa de mal de ojo». (Bujari y Muslim)

Narrated `A'ishah (May Allah be pleased with her): The Prophet (Peace be upon him) ordered me or somebody else to do Ruqyah (if there was danger) from an evil eye.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

Él (ﷺ) dice: «No se permite ruqyah salvo por mal de ojo o fiebre». (Imam Ahmed)

He (Peace be upon him) says: "No Ruqyah is allowed but for an evil eye or fever." (Imam Ahmed)

Otras narraciones que van en la misma línea pueden encontrarse entre los Hadices auténticos. Sin embargo, debemos saber que el mal de ojo no puede surtir efecto a menos que Allah, el Todopoderoso, lo quiera. Con esto, muchos de nuestros primeros eruditos interpretaron el siguiente versículo: {Y ciertamente, quienes no creen casi te harían resbalar con sus miradas (por odio) cuando oyen la Amonestación (el Corán)}. (Al-Qalam, 51)

Other narrations that go in the same vein can be found among the authentic Hadiths. But, we should know that the evil eye can not be effective unless Allah the Almighty wills. With this, the following verse was interpreted by many of our earlier scholars: {And verily, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes (through hatred) when they hear the Reminder (the Qur'an)}. (Al-Qalam, 51)
