A --- Men kan niet als een moslim worden beschouwd totdat hij deze uitspreekt. Allah de Almachtige zegt:
A ---One cannot be regarded a Muslim till he pronounces them. Allah the Almighty says:
De ware gelovigen zijn slechts degenen die geloven in (de Eenheid van Allah en Zijn Boodschapper (Muhammad ﷺ) (An-Nur, 62)
The true believers are only those, who believe in (the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) (An-Nur, 62)
Profeet Muhammad ﷺ zegt:
Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) says:
"Ik ben bevolen te strijden tegen mensen totdat zij getuigen dat er geen god is dan Allah, en dat Muhammad de Boodschapper van Allah is, de gebedsverplichting verrichten, en armenbelasting (Zakah) betalen. Als zij dat doen, zijn hun bloed en hun bezit door mij beschermd, behalve wanneer dit door de wet gerechtvaardigd is, en hun zaken liggen bij Allah", (Bukhari en Muslim)
"I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, perform Prayer, and pay Zakah. If they do that, their blood and property are guaranteed protection on my behalf except when justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah ", (Bukhari and Muslim)
