A--- Het is om besluitvaardig te erkennen en te belijden dat zij bestaan en dat zij behoren tot de onderworpen en aanbiddende schepselen van Allah de Almachtige. En dat zij zijn: {Zij (de engelen) zijn slechts geëerde dienaren. Zij spreken niet totdat Hij heeft gesproken, en zij handelen naar Zijn Gebod}. (Al-Anbiya', 26, 27)

A--- It is to decisively admit and confess their existence and that they are from among the subjugated and worshipping creatures of Allah the Almighty. And that they are: {They (the angels) are but honored slaves. They speak not until He has spoken, and they act on His Command}. (Al-Anbiya', 26, 27)

Allah de Almachtige zegt: {Die niet ongehoorzaam zijn aan de geboden die zij van Allah ontvangen, maar doen wat hen is bevolen} (At-Tahrim, 6)

Allah the Almighty says: {Who disobey not, (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do that which they are commanded} .(At- Tahrim, 6)

Allah de Almachtige zegt: {En degenen die dicht bij Hem zijn (d.w.z. de engelen) zijn niet te trots om Hem te aanbidden, noch zijn zij vermoeid (van Zijn aanbidding). Zij (d.w.z. de engelen) loven Zijn lofnacht en dag, (en) zij verslappen nooit (in het doen daarvan)}. (Al-Anbiya', 19, 20)

Allah the Almighty says: {And those who are near Him (i.e. the angels) are not too proud to worship Him, nor are they weary (of His worship). They (i.e. the angels) glorify His Praises night and day, (and) they never slacken (to do so)}. (Al-Anbiya', 19, 20)
