Allah le Tout-Puissant dit : {Allah n'accepte que le repentir de ceux qui commettent le mal par ignorance et qui se repentent aussitôt après, ceux-là même qu'Allah pardonnera ; et Allah est Omniscient, Sage}. (An-Nisa', 17)

A ---Allah the Almighty says: {Allah accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and foolishness and repent soon afterwards, it is they whom Allah will forgive and Allah is Ever AllKnower, All-Wise}. (An-Nisa', 17)

Les Compagnons du Prophète ﷺ se sont accordés à l'unanimité sur le fait que tout ce qui est fait par désobéissance à Allah est un acte d'ignorance, que ce soit de manière intentionnelle ou non.

Companions of the Prophet (Peace be upon him) unanimously agreed on that everything that is done in disobedience of Allah, is an act of ignorance whether it be on purpose or not.

Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ dit : « Certes, Allah accepte le repentir du serviteur jusqu'à ce qu'il ressente les agonies de la mort. » (Ahmed, At-Tirmidhi et Ibn Majah). Cela est affirmé dans de nombreux hadiths. Mais, si le serviteur voit l'Ange de la mort, que son âme s'agite dans sa poitrine, qu'elle atteint la gorge et qu'il est témoin de l'agonie de la mort, alors aucun repentir ne sera accepté et il n'y aura aucun moyen de fuir. {Et ils crièrent lorsqu'il n'y eut plus de temps pour l'évasion}. (Sad, 3)

Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) says: "Verily, Allah accepts the repentance of the slave till he experiences the death agony." (Ahmed, AtTirmidhi and Ibn Majah) This is affirmed in so many Hadiths. But, if the slave saw the Angel of Death, his soul swaged in his chest, and it reached the throat and he witnessed the agony of death, upon that no repentance would be accepted and there would not be any way to run. {And they cried out when there was no longer time for escape}. (Sad, 3)

Allah le Tout-Puissant dit : {Et le repentir de ceux qui continuent à commettre des mauvaises actions jusqu'à ce que la mort les atteigne et qu'ils disent : "Maintenant je me repens", n'a aucun effet, pas plus que celui de ceux qui meurent alors qu'ils sont mécréants. Pour eux, Nous avons préparé un châtiment douloureux}. (An-Nisa', 18)

Allah the Almighty says: {And of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil deeds until death faces one of them and he says: "Now I repent;” nor of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful torment}. (AnNisa', 18)
