Q 216 : Quelle est la preuve qu' `Uthman (qu’Allah l’agrée) a le droit au Califat et au fait d'être le successeur d'Abu Bakr et d' `Umar ?
Q 216: What is the proof that `Uthman (May Allah be pleased with him) has the right to the Caliphate and being a successor to Abu Bakr and `Umar?
A--- Narré par `A'ishah (qu’Allah l’agrée) que le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ô 'Uthman ! Un jour, Allah t'a accordé cette affaire (le Califat) et les hypocrites voudront que tu enlèves la chemise (le Califat) qu'Allah t'a accordée, ne l'enlève pas. » Il l'a dit trois fois.
A--- Narrated `A'ishah (May Allah be pleased with her) Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) saying: "O 'Uthman! /fone day Allah gave you this issue (the Caliphate) and the hypocrites wanted you to take off the shirt (Caliphate) Allah bestowed on you, do not take it off" He said it thrice.
