A--- Le Wali est celui qui croit en Allah, Le craint, suit Son Chemin Droit et suit Son Messager ﷺ.

A--- The Wali is the one who believes in Allah, fears Him, follows His Straight Path, and follows His Messenger (Peace be upon him).

Allah le Tout-Puissant dit : {Certes, les Auliya' d'Allah ne connaîtront aucune crainte et ne seront point affligés}. (Yunus, 62)

Allah the Almighty says: {No doubt! Verily, the Auliya' of Allah, no fear shall come upon them nor shall they grieve}. (Yunus, 62)

Ensuite, Il dit : {Ceux qui ont cru et qui craignaient beaucoup Allah (en s'abstenant des actes malfaisants et des péchés et en accomplissant des œuvres vertueuses)}. (Yunus, 63)

Then, He says: {Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and used to fear Allah much (by abstaining from evil deeds and sins and by doing righteous deeds)}. (Yunus, 63)

Allah le Tout-Puissant dit : {Allah est le Wali (Protecteur ou Gardien)

Allah the Almighty says: {Allah is the Wali (Protector or Guardian)

de ceux qui croient. Il les fait sortir des ténèbres vers la lumière.

of those who believe. He brings them out from darkness into light.

{Quant à ceux qui ne croient pas, leurs Auliya' (alliés et soutiens) sont les Taghut [fausses divinités et faux chefs], ils les font sortir de la lumière vers les ténèbres}. (Al-Baqarah, 257)

But as for those who disbelieve, their Auliya' (supporters and helpers) are Taghut [false deities and false leaders], they bring them out from light into darkness}. (Al-Baqarah, 257)

Allah le Tout-Puissant dit : {Certes, votre Wali (Protecteur ou Défenseur) n'est autre qu'Allah, Son Messager et les croyants, ceux qui accomplissent la prière (Salah) et acquittent l'aumône obligatoire (Zakah), et qui s'inclinent.}

Allah the Almighty says: {Verily, your Wali (Protector or Helper) is none other than Allah, HisMessenger, and the believers, - those who perform As -Salat, and give Zakah, and they are Raki'un34.

{Et quiconque prend Allah, Son Messager ﷺ et ceux qui ont cru pour alliés, alors le Groupe d'Allah sera le victorieux}. (Al-Ma'idah, 55, 56)

And whosoever takes Allah, His Messenger, and those who have believed, as Protectors, then the Party of Allah will be the victorious}. (Al-Ma'idah, 55, 56)

Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ dit : « Certes, la famille de untel ne sont pas mes Auliya' (alliés et protecteurs), mes Auliya' ne sont autres que les gens pieux. » (Sahih Bukhari)

Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) says: "Verily, the household of so and so are not my Auliya' (helpers and protectors), my Auliya' are none but the pious people.” (Sahih Bukhari)

Al-Hasan (Qu'Allah lui fasse miséricorde) a dit : Certains prétendaient aimer Allah, alors Il les a éprouvés avec ce verset : {Dis (O Muhammad à l'humanité) : "Si vous aimez vraiment Allah, alors suivez-moi, Allah vous aimera et vous pardonnera vos péchés. Et Allah est Pardonneur, Très Miséricordieux}. (Al 'Imran, 31)

Al-Hasan (May Allah grant him Mercy) said: Some people claimed that they love Allah, so He tried them with this verse: {Say (O Muhammad to mankind): "If you (really) love Allah then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful}. (Al 'Imran, 31)

L'imam Ash-Shafi'i (qu'Allah lui fasse miséricorde) a dit : Si tu vois un homme marcher sur la surface de l'eau, ou voler dans les airs, ne le crois pas et ne te laisse pas égarer par lui jusqu'à ce que tu saches (avec certitude) qu'il suit (sincèrement)

Imam Ash-Shafi'i (May Allah grant him Mercy) said: If you see a man walks on the surface of water, or flies in the air, don't believe him or be misled by him till you know (for certain) that he follows (earnestly)

Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
