A --- Les meilleurs d'entre eux étaient les premiers à avoir embrassé l'Islam parmi les émigrés (Muhajirun) (ceux qui ont émigré de La Mecque vers Al-Madinah) et les auxiliaires (Ansar) (les citoyens d'Al-Madinah qui ont aidé et apporté leur soutien aux Muhajirun), puis les gens de Badr, puis Uhud, puis l'Allégeance d'Ar-Ridwan, etc.

A ---The best amongst them were the foremost to embrace Islam of the Muhajirun (those who migrated from Mecca to Al-Madinah) and the Ansar (the citizens of Al-Madinah who helped and gave aid to the Muhajirun), then the people of Badr, then Uhud, then the Pledge of Ar-Ridwan, etc.

Allah le Tout-Puissant dit : {Ne sont pas égaux parmi vous ceux qui ont dépensé et combattu avant la conquête (de La Mecque, avec ceux parmi vous qui l'ont fait plus tard). Ceux-là sont d'un degré plus élevé que ceux qui ont dépensé et combattu après. Mais Allah a promis à tous la meilleure (récompense)}. (AlHadid, 10)
